Tai Chi -Yang Style

Tai Chi is a number of flowing movements carried out in a slow controlled manner. Although a number of individual movements are taught, the aim is to blend these movements into a single movement so that the body flows naturally from one position to the next in continuous motion.

Tai Chi is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. It is generally low impact and is suitable for all age ranges and can be particularly beneficial for older adults as it puts little stress on joints and muscles.
