The class focuses on gentle movements to mobilise the joints, tuning into the quality of your breath and releasing anything that isn’t serving you into the mat. The class ends with a yoga nidra which is a guided, deeply nourishing meditation and relaxation lying on your back with support from props. Class is 75 minutes long.
